I am trained in three different types of therapy, those being Person-Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Integrative Therapy. Each one has its strengths and weaknesses so it might be worth having a look at which one fits best for you!

Person Centred Counselling

What most people are referring to when they use the term counselling. This approach is non-judgmental, confidential, and client-led.

Ideal for cliants who want to get a better understanding of how we think, feel and act.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

CBT is a semi structured approach with a strong evidence base. In this approach, the therapist and client work together using scientifically evidenced methods to help bring about change.

CBT is shown to be effective treating depression and various anxiety disorders including phobias.

Integrative Counseling

Integrative Psychotherapy is an approach based on the idea that therapists can mix parts of different therapies in order to deliver an approach that best suits clients.

Ideal for people who would benefit from a mix of different types of support.

You also reach out and contact your GP for support with mental health.

If you are in serious risk contact the emergency services.
